A: The estimated A1C (eA1C) is calculated using the standard formula: eA1C (%) = (average glucose in mg/dL + 46.7) / 28.7. It requires at least 90 days of glucose data to produce a reliable estimate. This is a Pro feature. Q: What does "Time in Range" mean? A: Time in Range (TIR) shows the percentage of time your glucose levels fall within your target range. You can set your target range in Settings → Glucose Target. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends a TIR of ≥70%. Q: What is standard deviation (SD) in the stats? A: Standard deviation measures how much your glucose levels vary from your average. A lower SD means more stable glucose levels. Generally, an SD below 50 mg/dL (or 2.8 mmol/L) is considered good. This is a Pro feature. Q: How does the meal analysis work? A: When you record a glucose reading, you can optionally tag it with a meal period (Fasting, Before Breakfast, After Breakfast, Before Lunch, After Lunch, Before Dinner, After Dinner, Bedtime). The Insights tab then groups readings by these tags and shows the average for each period. This allows you to see patterns like post-meal spikes. This is a Pro feature. 🔄 App Reset If you'd like to start fresh: Go to Settings and tap "Clear All Data" to remove all records and medications Tap "Reset Onboarding" to restart the initial setup flow Note: These actions are irreversible.
